Kai Morman

Kai joined DADU Homes in 2022 and has worked in the housing industry for several years with experience in project coordinating, staging, real estate, and interior design. Her work has been local to the Seattle-Tacoma area working with both single & multi family homes. From new construction to remodeling, to decor, Kai loves getting to know people, helping bring their styles and ideas to life, and seeing the satisfying process from start to completion.

With over 30 awards as both a student and in her career, Kai graduated from Pierce college with her Associate of Arts degree and is currently completing her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with Arizona State University. Although not new to design, Kai is brand new to DADU Homes having started just in April of 2022.

Outside of DADU, Kai runs her real estate and interior design business, Kreated Kai Design. When not working, Kai enjoys being active outdoors with her rescue pup Luna and partner Payton, traveling, eating healthy foods, and spending time with her friends and family.
