The cottage is a traditional one-bedroom unit with a living room, ¾ bath, and our standard full kitchen all in 450 square feet. The compact design fits smaller yards but offers a generous interior. Appliances include a washer/dryer, dishwasher, range, and refrigerator. The bedroom, bath, and living room all have temperature controls.

 

Like our other models, the cottage can be finished with a range flooring, counter, and cabinet choices. Additionally, the choice of a vaulted ceiling and loft are available to maximize spacial options. All of our optional features are available for this unit, like accessibility packages, solar panels, electric car charging station, parking pad, and covered entry.
