THE COTTAGE

The cottage is a traditional one-bedroom unit, with living room, ¾ bath, and our standard full kitchen all in 450 square feet. The compact design fits smaller yards but offers a generous interior. Appliances include washer/dryer and dishwasher, range, and refrigerator. Bedroom, bath, and living room all have temperature controls.

 

Like our other models, the cottage can be finished with a range flooring, counter, and cabinet choices. And we can add optional features like accessibility packages, solar panels, electric car charging station, parking pad, and covered entry.
