The studio is our most concise design: a complete living space in 350 square feet. We’ve eliminated all but the most essential square feet while keeping functionality intact. The full kitchen and ¾ bath include washer/dryer, dishwasher, range, and refrigerator, with separate temperature control in the bathroom.  The squared-up space for sleeping and relaxing makes the studio feel expansive.

 

The studio offers choices for flooring, cabinets, and counters. Additionally, the choice of a vaulted ceiling and loft are available to maximize spacial options. All of our optional features are available including an accessibility package and covered entry.
